Welcome to my webpage. Here I will present my previous and ongoing oil-paintings when I start producing again. For two years now I have been writing novels about science, not produced a singel painting. However I will present some few previous work, some that are sold and some still for sale. I have some new ideas for the future and really look forward to renew myself! This was just the start. As you can see this webpage might contain discussions about both art and science. I am a Norwegian PhD biologist, born in Oslo, but living now for eight years in Luxembourg. My husband is an austrian scientist and we have four children; one in Oslo, one in Amsterdam, one in Utrecht and one in New York (at the moment). We are proud of our children and are happy for our first grandchild Gustav!

At the moment I work on my last novel: In search of the Human code. It is about archeologists and geneticists searching to rewind the human evolution. It is an amazing story they reveille, especially what they found during the last six years. And I really wanted to write about it in an understandable language so that people can see how amazing our story is.....and still are! My first novel is about toxic chemicals and how they can change our brain. It was a challenge to write in a popular way, as the subject is way too serious in reality.
I thought I could alternate betwen painting and writing, but that was not the case. I concentrate now on the two novels and will soon try to find a norwegian publisher. Hopefully somone will like them. Then, hopefully I will paint again.
